Recliz offers a refund policy for all of its products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging and documentation. You must also provide a copy of your receipt.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may also return it for a replacement or store credit. To return a product, you must contact us within 30 days of the purchase date.
We will then provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive your return, we will process your replacement or store credit within 10 business days.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Customized products
- Products that have been used or damaged
- Products that are more than 30 days old
